Nine La Porte ISD junior high school students have been named to the 2024 Region 19 All-Region Band.  The students were among hundreds of young musicians who auditioned on Nov. 2 at Berry Miller Jr. High School in Pearland

The All-Region clinic and concert are scheduled for Nov. 15 at Pearland Junior High School South. Donald McCandless and Kevin Poe are the band directors at La Porte Junior High and Lomax Junior High, respectively.
