Beanstack

EVERY CHILD Reads! Leads! Succeeds!

At La Porte ISD, we are dedicated to fostering a strong culture of reading and ensuring that every student develops the literacy skills necessary for lifelong success. To support this mission, we utilize Beanstack an interactive digital platform that encourages independent reading through engaging challenges, goal setting, and progress tracking. By making reading both fun and rewarding, Beanstack helps students develop strong literacy habits that enhance academic achievement and personal growth.

With Beanstack, students can log their reading anytime—whether at school, home, or on the go—while earning digital badges and recognition for their achievements. This program motivates students to read consistently, strengthening their comprehension, critical thinking, and communication skills.

By fostering a love of reading at every grade level, we are equipping students with the tools they need to thrive academically and beyond. Through Beanstack, La Porte ISD is building a community of lifelong readers, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to grow, learn, and succeed. Every CHILD Reads! Leads! Succeeds! #readsleadssucceeds

Join us in helping meet our district goal of recording 1.5 million minutes of reading this year! By logging reading minutes on Beanstack, students contribute to this exciting achievement, building not only their reading skills but also supporting our shared commitment to literacy across the district.
